After 90 days, there will not be enough estradiol left in the ring to give its full effects.

To remove the ring:

  1. Wash your hands and dry thoroughly.
  2. Get into a comfortable position, standing with one leg up or lying down.
  3. Loop your finger through the ring, then gently pull it out.
  4. Throw away the used ring in the trash. Do not flush the ring.

What dosages are available?

What is the recommended dosage?

The recommended dose is 1 ring inserted into the vagina every 90 days but take as directed by your doctor.
